Job Description:

* Manage daily HR and administrative operations.

* Handle employee attendance, leaves, and maintain HR records.

* Coordinate recruitment activities (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).

* Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.

* Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy.

* Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HRMS data.

* Support payroll processing with attendance and leave details.

* Handle office administration tasks (stationery, assets, housekeeping coordination).

* Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

* Ensure company policies are followed.
