Hiring For Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. This role is essential for maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Recruitment**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new employees.

2. **Employee Relations**: Address employee queries and concerns while fostering a positive workplace culture. Facilitate conflict resolution and maintain open lines of communication.

3. **Performance Management**: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Help set targets, monitor employee progress, and support managers in providing feedback.

4. **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Track attendance and evaluate training effectiveness.

5. **HR Administration**: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist in generating reports and analyzing HR metrics.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a graduate degree and 1 to 4 years of experience in human resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software will be advantageous.
