As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a vital role in our organization, responsible for managing various HR functions and supporting employees throughout their journey in the company. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Recruitment and Selection**: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and conducting interviews to attract the best talent.

- **Onboarding and Orientation**: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive necessary training and resources to integrate effectively into the team.

- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

- **Performance Management**: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, ensuring effective feedback and personal development for employees.
