Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Planning & managing recruitment and selection of staff.

2. Plan and conduct new employee orientation.

3. Indentify and manage training and development needs for employees.

4. Mass hiring and tele-calling.

5. Support salary review and negotiations.

6. Implementing and monitoring performance management system.

7. Review and update employee rules and regulations.

8. Maintain the employee database & documentation.

9. Execution and evaluation of performance appraisal and increment of the employee.

10. Producing proper feedback about the market employees to the Marketing Manager.

11. Proper meeting with calling process to recruit and hire of new candidates as per responsibilities assigned by the company.

12. Making sure that the employees working in market will achieve target.

13. Filling of gaps and establishment of proper communication sources between market employees and office HR-recruiter.

14. Achieving of organizational target by applying of proficient strategies.

15. Picking of right person for right job.

16. You shall carry out the job as HR -recruiter and such other jobs connected with or incidental to which is necessary for the business of the company.

17. As HR-Recruiter, you are responsible to keep all the calling sheet, feedback sheet, reporting sheet, appraisal sheet and data sheet with you.

18. You will be bounded with leave management policy of the company given below :-
