• to coordinate with the field staff regarding their daily work report and daily report.

• to motivate the field staff to achieve their target.

• to help in day to day recruitment cycle through job postings, formulating hr policies, attendance management of the field staff.

• to manage the payroll processing.

• to organize training and seminar sessions for the new joiners.

• to perform other admin duties as and when required.
