Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing

• Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social network,s and advertisement

• Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview

• Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them on board without fail

• Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management, and analytical skills
