JOB PROFILE: HR Recruiter ( Only Female Candidates)

LOCATION: Netaji Subhash Place( Currently Work From Home)

EXPERIENCE: Both Freshers and Experienced can apply.

SHIFT TIMINGS: 10 AM – 06:30 PM

WORKING DAYS: Monday – Friday, 2nd& 4th Saturday are also working.

SALARY: upto 18,000

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-As a recruiter,you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates according to the positions.

-Should be responsible for Sourcing,Screening,interviewing ,and evaluating the candidates.

-Review and understand job requirements.

-Following up on the interview process status.

-Completing timely reports on employment activity.

-should have go better attitude,flexible and aggressive and happy to face challenging situation.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent Verbal Skills both- Written & Verbal required.

- Should have their own Laptop.
