Roles & Responsibilities

•Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Mid-level/ Sr Level /Leadership hiring

•Creating Job Descriptions as per requirement

•Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications

•Generation and maintenance of various trackers & reports

•Develop pool of qualified candidates

•Take care of day to day HR activities/operations

•Grievance handling

Critical Skills

•Well versed with various recruitment tools (including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, Free Job Sites etc)

• Good communication skills

• Confident, Energetic, Target Oriented

•Should be able to capture and maintain data

Desired Skills

• Experience in a Sales driven organization (Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/Real Estate/Banking)
