Experience: Min 0 to 1 Years in Statutory Payroll Administration, Benefits/Compensation Administration, Recruitment, Induction, and welfare activities.

Location : Indore & Pithampur

Responsibilities: -

Handle the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department

Administering the hiring processes of new employees

Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones

Organizing employee engagement activities

Work on recruitment strategies

Work on bulk-hiring

Handle the documentation process

Conduct initial screening of candidates
