experience: min 0 to 1 years in statutory payroll administration, benefits/compensation administration, recruitment, induction, and welfare activities.

responsibilities: -

● handle the day-to-day operations of the human resources department

● administering the hiring processes of new employees

● creating new hr policies and updating the existing ones

● organizing employee engagement activities

● work on recruitment strategies

● work on bulk-hiring

● handle the documentation process
