● Handle the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department

● Administering the hiring processes of new employees

● Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones

● Organizing employee engagement activities

● Work on recruitment strategies

● Work on bulk-hiring

● Handle the documentation process
