Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, screening & validation of profiles for ITES vertical

• Calling and lining up candidates for interview & follow up.

• Candidates are involved in end to end recruitment.

• Understanding clients requirements

• Generating leads through reference.(We have portals too like Naukri Monster & Times )

• Having telephonic discussion with candidates and evaluating their communication skills.

• Interview scheduling, follow up and co-ordination with clients.

Skills required:

• Strong oral and written communication skills,

• Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills

• Attentive listener

• Confident while communicating

• We hire candidates with Good attitude, Team player, Target driven, Career oriented and Quick learner.
