Post:- Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruitment Officer/ Recruiter

Vacancy:- 4

CTC:- UPTO 40k (negotiable)

Experience:- 0 to 3yrs (more is an advantage)

Qualification:- Any Graduate

Selection Process:- Direct Walk-in

Location :- Alpha Plaza, Alpha 1 Greater Noida

Timing:- 9:30am to 6:30pm

Days:- Monday to Saturday

Key Skills:- Good communications skill in English and Hindi

Job Requirements:-

Candidate should match following parameters/Conditions

1)Candidate must be from Greater Noida. Do not send candidate from Noida Extension, Noida or Greater Noida West. Candidate must be living within 10 Km of Office.

2)Candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant. Dont line up candidate having recruitment in some company other than recruitment consultant.

3)Must have own laptop and smart phone

Job Responsibilities:-

End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.

Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database

Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching

passive prospective candidates

Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates

Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

Effectively built relationship with Employees.

Must be enthusiastic and initiator
