we are looking for a human resource executive with 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition. the ideal candidate should understand it recruitment from sourcing to joining in-depth. freshers are expected to have a learning attitude.
responsibilities:
• handle end-to-end recruitment process for it developers in india.
• analyse the requirements to understand the client’s resource needs and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum tat.
• source, shortlist, and interview candidates based on the requirements.
• maintain candidate/vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
• hire for various it roles across the board like rpa, , machine learning, servicenow, and others.
• implement strategies to source quality candidates from various job boards like naukri, linkedin, etc.
• negotiate ctc based on the budget allotted, create offer letters and manage the documentation required for on-boarding.
• manage the recruiting team and report on its performance.

• ability to communicate effectively with prospects.
preferred requirements –
• hands-on experience in using various job boards like naukri resdex, linkedin jobs, and others.
• deep understanding of the it recruitment process and history of performing in a similar role.
