We are looking for a Human Resource Executive with 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate should understand IT recruitment from sourcing to joining in-depth. Freshers are expected to have a learning attitude.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT developers in India.
Analyse the requirements to understand the clients resource needs and deliver qualified candidates/consultants with a minimum TAT.
Source, shortlist, and interview candidates based on the requirements.
Maintain Candidate/Vendor relations; keep them updated on the progress of submittals made.
Hire for various IT roles across the board like RPA, , Machine Learning, ServiceNow, and others.
Implement strategies to source quality candidates from various job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Negotiate CTC based on the budget allotted, create offer letters and manage the documentation required for on-boarding.
Manage the recruiting team and report on its performance.

Ability to negotiate, convince, and influence prospects.
Ability to communicate effectively with prospects.
Preferred Requirements
Hands-on experience in using various job boards like Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Jobs, and others.
Deep understanding of the IT recruitment process and history of performing in a similar role.
