key responsibilities:

• sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance of the job description provided by client

• thorough assessment of candidate’s skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. interview scheduling & reference check.

• maintain strict turn around time and adhere to specific requirements

• understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan

• sourcing through social media like linkedin / facebook / twitter and other available online forums

• maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process

• float job description on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies

• conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/regions

• conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required
