Job Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT
• Handling entire activities of HR in recruitment.
• End to End IT Recruitment from Analysing Job Requirements, Sourcing, Screening, Coordinating
Interviews.
• Identify the job specifications and prepare the Job descriptions for the requirement.
• Sourcing profiles from different job portals.
• Search resume in Job Portals, screen candidates and Short list resumes.
• Headhunting for sourcing candidates for providing manpower to client companies.
• Arranging telephonic and direct interviews for the shortlisted candidates by the client.
• Explain the requirement to the candidate and schedule interviews.
• Establish a relationship with the candidates which will be helpful to gauge if the candidates can join
after accepting the offer.
• Follow ups with the offered candidate until they join respective unit.
