Job Responsibilities:RECRUITMENT Handling entire activities of HR in recruitment. End to End IT Recruitment from Analysing Job Requirements, Sourcing, Screening, Coordinating Interviews. Identify the job specifications and prepare the Job descriptions for the requirement. Sourcing profiles from different job portals. Search resume in Job Portals, screen candidates and Short list resumes. Headhunting for sourcing candidates for providing manpower to client companies. Arranging telephonic and direct interviews for the shortlisted candidates by the client. Explain the requirement to the candidate and schedule interviews. Establish a relationship with the candidates which will be helpful to gauge if the candidates can joinafter accepting the offer. Follow ups with the offered candidate until they join respective unit.
