**Responsibilities:**

* Recruit Tele Callers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and other staff.

* Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.

* Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews.

* Maintain basic recruitment records.

**Requirements:**

* BBA / MBA graduates preferred.

* **Freshers are welcome**.

* Good communication skills in **English & Tamil**.

* Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
