key responsibilities:
manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare job descriptions.
source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus drives.
conduct initial hr screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
handle joining formalities and assist in induction/orientation programs.
build strong networks with colleges, institutes, and recruitment agencies.
qualifications & requirements:
bachelor��s degree in hr / business administration or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong interest in hr can also apply).
good communication skills in english & tamil (hindi preferred).
knowledge of recruitment tools, social media, and job portals.
ability to handle multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
