Key Responsibilities:
€¢ The role will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, coordinating with clients and team members, managing job postings and social media accounts, negotiating employment offers, and onboarding new hires.
€¢ He/she will be managing mid to Sr. level requirements for Real Estate Sector
€¢ Sourcing through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications
€¢ Understanding the value in building a pipeline for future opportunities.
€¢ Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations
€¢ Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their joining date and keep the respective clients informed of the same.
