Job Posting: HR Trainee €“ Recruiter (Fresher / Experienced)

Position: Full-Time HR Recruiter (Paid On-the-Job Training for Fresher)

Duration: 3 Months (extendable to 6 months), followed by a full-time role

What You€™ll Learn:

€¢ Recruitment lifecycle management

€¢ Candidate sourcing and screening

€¢ Use of HR software and analytics

€¢ Conducting interviews and assessments

€¢ Developing job descriptions

Responsibilities:

€¢ Manage recruitment from start to finish

€¢ Source and screen candidates

€¢ Conduct interviews (phone and video)

€¢ Follow up through the on boarding process

Requirements:

€¢ Recent Graduates (2024 or earlier)

€¢ Available for full-time work in Navi Mumbai, Kharghar

€¢ Strong communication and organizational skills

€¢ Proficiency in MS Excel

€¢ Preferred: Experience in BFSI recruitment

Compensation:

€¢ Training Stipend: Rs. 5,000/month + incentives (for Freshers)

€¢ Post-Training Salary: Rs. to Rs. 6 Lac/year + incentives
