responsibilities:

manage recruitment from start to finish

source and screen candidates

conduct interviews (phone and video)

follow up through the on boarding process

requirements:

recent graduates (2024 or earlier)

available for full-time work in navi mumbai, kharghar

strong communication and organizational skills

proficiency in ms excel

preferred: experience in bfsi recruitment

compensation:

training stipend: rs. 5,000/month + incentives (for freshers)

post-training salary: rs. to rs. 6 lac/year + incentives
