key responsibilities
manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and develop recruitment strategies.
use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, campus drives) to identify qualified candidates.
build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit.
coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
required qualifications
bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience as a recruiter / talent acquisition specialist (in-house or agency).
strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, job boards, and sourcing tools.

familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ats) and hr software.
