Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
2. Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1 - 2 years of experience in an HR role.
3. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
