Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

2. Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.

3. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.

4. Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.

5. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.

6. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

7. Conduct employee orientations and facilitate training programs.

8. Help in the performance appraisal process and maintain performance records.

9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 1 - 2 years of experience in an HR role.

3. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
