HR Recruiter - Freshers

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Sourcing Candidates**: Actively search for potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to build a robust talent pool.

- **Screening Resumes**: Review incoming resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements, ensuring a good match for the role.

- **Conducting Interviews**: Organize and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.

- **Coordinating with Hiring Managers**: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and preferences, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with team goals.

- **Maintaining Candidate Database**: Keep an organized record of applicants and their progress in the hiring process, allowing for efficient tracking and communications.

- **Providing Candidate Feedback**: Communicate with candidates throughout the process, offering timely feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as attention to detail. Familiarity with recruitment software and online job platforms is a plus. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. A background in human resources or a related field will be beneficial, although not mandatory for fresh graduates.
