Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
Keeping various position/ candidate tracker
Maintaining Recruitment tracker
Professionally communicating with clients and candidates, ensuring the company's image is maintained
