The position will be responsible for finding, screening, and hiring candidates for our Clients.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers

Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

Reviewing resumes and screening candidates

Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring companies

Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates

Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

Keeping various position/ candidate tracker

Maintaining Recruitment tracker

Professionally communicating with clients and candidates, ensuring the company's image is maintained
