Key Responsibilities :Own and execute user acquisition strategies across organic and paid channelsLead end-to-end SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, content updates with strong CTAs, and link-building.Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid marketing and paid search campaigns with ROI accountabilityAnalyze and improve conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys to drive growth.Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics and translate insights into quick actions.Collaborate with product, design, and content teams for executionResearch competitors, growth hacks, and emerging advertising trends to stay ahead.Requirements/ Skills :Bachelors degree in Marketing or a relevant diploma.3 or more years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, or performance marketing.Strong understanding of SEO best practices, ranking factors, and basic technical SEO.Practical experience with paid ads, performance marketing, and email campaigns.Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and tracking tools.Ability to work independently, experiment, and take full ownership of outcomes.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with limited structure.
