JOB SUMMARY
Ohhpro Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive with 12 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operational activities. The role will support core HR functions including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, handle HR/operational queries, and ensure timely coordination with internal teams.
Review Meeting Management: Schedule and manage review meetings, prepare reports, document minutes of meetings, and ensure action-item closure.
End-to-End Operations: Handle complete HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, compliance, employee coordination, and exits.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of HR operations and workforce management
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant experience
