End to end Recruitment for Mid, Senior and Top-level.

Designing and updating job descriptions

Sourcing potential candidates using various platforms (Naukri, Monster,

Linkedin)

Prior experience as an HR Recruiter

Advertising jobs on career pages, job boards and social media

Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates

Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms

Time Management for closing the position.

Note - Last job 5+ experience should be in Pharma
