Responsibilities

Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates

Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures

Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing needs

Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software (. ATS)

Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires

Support in deployment of central training plans and prepare training module that support professional development of the employees.

Manage effective implementation of HRM processes within the business operations to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce

Conducting research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.

Furnish MIS on time with accuracy

Maintain Leave Management System

Data mining, date forecasting, data analysis

Other activities as and when needed for the organization

Requirements And Skills

MBA in Human resources

Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation

Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
