Limited, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role

in developing and implementing human resources strategies, policies, and programs that support our ambitious

growth plans and innovative business model. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting

interviews, and making hiring decisions

- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws

and regulations

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

- Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and development

- Ensure effective onboarding and orientation of new employees

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and performancebased incentives

- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous

improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's

degree preferred)

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role,

preferably within the related industry having online operations and manufacturing

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies,
