As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing human resources strategies, policies, and programs that support our ambitious growth plans and innovative business model. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives - Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions - Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes - Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters - Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and development - Ensure effective onboarding and orientation of new employees - Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and performancebased incentives - Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the related industry having online operations and manufacturing - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies,
