Job Description

primary responsibility:

according to the company's human resources planning and recruitment needs, make general and blue collar workers recruitment plan;

responsible for the development and maintenance of recruitment channels, including but not limited to job fairs, labor markets, network platforms, universities, party b's company, etc.;

responsible for docking with the employer, coordinating the on-boarding process to ensure the smooth entry of new employees;

analyze the recruitment data regularly, evaluate the recruitment effect, and put forward suggestions for improvement;

complete other related work assigned by the leader.

job requirements:

college degree or above, major in human resource management, marketing or related is preferred;

more than one year recruitment or related work experience, blue-collar worker recruitment experience is preferred;

familiar with the recruitment process, understand various recruitment channels, have a good ability to expand and maintain recruitment channels;

good communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish a good relationship with candidates;

have a strong sense of responsibility and execution, can complete the recruitment task on time and quality;

skilled use of office software, such as word, excel, powerpoint, etc.

able to adapt to fast-paced working environment, have the ability to work under pressure and team work spirit.
