• maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
• create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiate team activities.
• collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain corporate social responsibility standards.
• assist with hr audits and reporting as needed.
• handle all employee relations issues as they arise.
administrative responsibilities ---
• take ownership of ensuring a superior workplace that is fully stocked, clean and operating efficiently - order office supplies, food/drink and furniture as needed.
• own the relationship with office building management and various vendors to coordinate facilities upkeep.
• manage vendors and resources, such as suppliers, contractual resource management services.
• manage executive team calendars: schedule meetings, coordinate travel and plan events.
• prepare expense reports.
• edit and create letters, presentations and documentation.
• 1+ years of human resources professional experience in a generalist capacity.
• 2+ years of office administration experience is a plus.
languages – marathi, english, hindi, telugu (not compulsory)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- digital communication literacy.
- detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
