Job Title : HR Generalist

Experience : 3-7 Years in industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing

Location: Peenya industrial area, Bengaluru

Role & Responsibilites :

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.

Manage HR operations, employee records, attendance and leave.

Coordinate payroll, overtime, incentives and deductions.

Handle PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus & Gratuity compliance.

Manage employee grievances, discipline and employee engagement.

Handle exit formalities and Full & Final coordination.

Maintain HR MIS and documentation.

Handle both blue-collar and white-collar employees.

Qualifucation & Skills :

MBA/PGDM HR, MSW, or Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/related field

Manufacturing / Industrial Machinery / Engineering / Automation / CNC / Laser Technology

Strong knowledge of complete HR operations.

End-to-end hiring and onboarding.

Attendance, leave, overtime and salary inputs.

Compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus & Gratuity.

Grievance and discipline management.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Communication: Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
