The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding process like joining formalities and Induction programs

Maintain recruitment data sheet and emp master sheets

Update Leave and Attendance sheets and update to Management

Give Appraisal and increment letters to the employees and solve salary issues

Performance management and provide feedback, Manage Payroll and other HR related activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

1+ years' experience in Human Resources

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Office timings: 10 AM 7 PM (Morning shift)

Essential Job Duties: Trainee Scientific Relations/Program Coordinator
Coordinates program related events such as workshops, symposium, national and international Scientific Events etc. with International Speakers and delegates.
Designing scientific sessions for the conference. Invite professors, Assistant, Associate from Universities or Directors, Managers and Executive from Reputed companies throughout the world.
Be a main point of contact for Program chairs, session chairs, scientific committee and invited speakers for Conference content/for all conference related communications.
Forming organizing committee and scientific squad with top quality scientists on the particular research.
More intellectual in using scientific knowledge and footing on current scientific inventions.
Adopt/attain information on new finding in the all related research fields regularly.
To make event successful by providing fruitful information to the scientific community.
Report on status of conference to Director, Program Manager and Team Leader regularly and tailor each report to the receivers needs.
Create Management Information Reports including conference feedback for further conference development.

Desired Skills and qualification:
Bachelors Degree (B Pharm, M Pharm, BSc, Biotechnology, MSc.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically
