we are seeking a skilled and motivated hr recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. as an hr recruiter, you will play a vital role in attracting, assessing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's staffing needs.
responsibilities:
* collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and identify key qualifications for open positions.
* utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
* screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
* develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
* stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
* collaborate with the hr team to continuously improve recruitment strategies, processes, and tools.
* participate in employer branding initiatives, including attending job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.
* maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ats).
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* proven work experience as an hr recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* solid understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
