* Day to day Attendance & amp; Leave Management,monitoring in and out timings.
* Preparing the Salary & wages sheet dues payableand deduction of ESIC, EPF & LaborWelfare Fund for staff & contractors.
* Conducting all Joining formalities and issue relievingletters, experience certificates
* Drafting Appointment letters, Offers letters &Salary Breakup for recruited candidates
* Monitor the attendance management system and ensure leavepolicy is strictly enforced
* Full & Final Settlement of Exist Employee’s
* Reconcile of Salary & DA Payable & Auditof . and . Account
* Timely submission of PF & amp; ESIC and Prepare ofsalary Voucher’s & Cash Voucher’s
* Knowledge Bonus & Gratuity Rules and PF & amp;ESI Portal.
* Working on ERP Software (Gaba & Finsys) and Savior Software (Biometric)
* Office administration work etc.
