* Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment process, strategy development, screening, offer negotiation, onboarding and integration.

* Focus on new joiner connects & publish critical feedback & dashboard to the HR and business leaders

* Critical & timely data reporting to the business and HR Manager

* Responsible for quality of all recruitment related correspondence and compliancel

Skill Sets:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
