we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented hr executive to join our team. in this role, you will manage day-to-day hr operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative functions, while ensuring compliance with company policies. you will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture.

key responsibilities:

recruitment & onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers. coordinate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

employee records & payroll: maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely processing of payroll. handle employee attendance, leave management, and performance documentation.

employee engagement & communication: organize team-building activities and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace environment. address employee queries and grievances promptly, ensuring employee satisfaction.

compliance & policy implementation: ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. develop and update hr policies as needed, communicating changes effectively to staff.

performance management: support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. assist managers in identifying training needs and career development opportunities.

hr data analysis: generate reports on hr metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and recruitment status to aid decision-making.
