You will be responsible for various HR functions and initiatives to support our team members and drive organizational success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Onboard new employees by conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters such as benefits, policies, and procedures.

Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.

Assist in performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.

Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and diversity initiatives.

Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and promote a positive work culture.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
