qualifications:

proven experience in hr roles, with a strong understanding of hr best practices and employment laws.

strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
attention to detail and accuracy in hr record-keeping and documentation.
proficiency in hris (human resources information systems) and other relevant software applications.
certification in human resources (., shrm-cp, phr) is a plus
