Urgent Opening - HR Executive - With Spine Software

We have an urgent opening for the position of HR Executive with expertise in SPINE software. This role is based in Andheri East, Mumbai, and requires immediate joining. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

As an HR Executive, your key responsibilities will include preparing salary data for all employees using SPINE software. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and addressing any salary-related inquiries from staff members. Additionally, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong knowledge of SPINE software, particularly in salary preparation. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for managing payroll effectively. Familiarity with general HR practices and effective problem-solving skills will also be valuable.

This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work from the office in Andheri East. Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given preference.
