We are hiring for HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Knowledge of all policies and procedures and HR manual.

Handle Recruitment process from Identify vacancy, prepare job description, conduct interview, Select hire, finalize recruitment

Conduct Induction and Orientation.

Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) Of each employee

Maintain record of contract workers

Maintain attendance record of employees & contract employees

Conduct training programs and implementation

Payroll and compliances

Updating KYC in PF & ESIC

Employee performance appraisal at the end of every year.

Handling the full and final settlement of the employees

Requirements:

- Master degree in Human Resources is required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Great verbal and written communications skills; not afraid to speak up when required

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

Timings: 9:00 AM -5:30 PM

Experience : 1 - 5 Years
