your role & responsibilities

- manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- facilitate smooth onboarding & exit procedures for employees.

- handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.

- ensure hr compliance and maintain accurate records.

- plan and coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills.

📌 educational qualification: bachelor's degree in hr or a related field.

📌 skills & experience: prior hr experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome!

📌 key competencies: strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
