your role & responsibilities

�� manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

�� facilitate smooth onboarding & exit procedures for employees.

�� handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.

�� ensure hr compliance and maintain accurate records.

�� plan and coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills.

📌 educational qualification: bachelor's degree in hr or a related field.

📌 skills & experience: prior hr experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome!

📌 key competencies: strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

📌 tech-savvy: proficiency in hr software & ms office.
