Key Responsibilities
- Develop, draft, and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks across the
organisation.
- Design organisational structures, including defining levels, grades, reporting lines, and job
hierarchies.
- Prepare and maintain the employee what-list (employee database, roles, and reporting
structure).
- Define and implement KRA (Key Result Areas), KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and PMS
(Performance Management System) tailored to the organisation-s goals.
- Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management
strategies.
- Drive policy implementation and ensure adoption across all departments.
- Advise leadership on HR best practices, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct HR audits and provide solutions for process improvement.
- Guide managers and employees in performance reviews, appraisals, and career
development.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR vocabulary, systems, and concepts.
- Provide HR consulting support for change management, restructuring, and culture-building
initiatives.
Key Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR consulting or core HR roles.
- Strong expertise in policy creation, organisational structuring, and performance management
systems.
- Hands-on experience in designing KRAs, KPIs, and PMS frameworks.
- Knowledge of HR compliance, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement HR strategies effectively and drive change within the organisation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS.
