�� develop, draft, and implement hr policies, procedures, and frameworks across the
organisation.
�� design organisational structures, including defining levels, grades, reporting lines, and job
hierarchies.
�� prepare and maintain the employee what-list (employee database, roles, and reporting
structure).
�� define and implement kra (key result areas), kpi (key performance indicators), and pms
(performance management system) tailored to the organisation��s goals.
�� support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management
strategies.
�� drive policy implementation and ensure adoption across all departments.
�� advise leadership on hr best practices, compliance, and statutory requirements.
�� conduct hr audits and provide solutions for process improvement.
�� guide managers and employees in performance reviews, appraisals, and career
development.
�� act as a subject matter expert for hr vocabulary, systems, and concepts.
�� provide hr consulting support for change management, restructuring, and culture-building
initiatives.
key requirements
�� mba in human resources.
�� minimum 5 years of proven experience in hr consulting or core hr roles.
�� strong expertise in policy creation, organisational structuring, and performance management
systems.
�� hands-on experience in designing kras, kpis, and pms frameworks.
�� knowledge of hr compliance, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
�� excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
�� ability to implement hr strategies effectively and drive change within the organisation.
�� strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
�� proficiency in ms office and hr software/hris.
