Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, highly driven & self-motivated candidate to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling open positions. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through employment portals, database, and social media, conducting interviews, maintaining database, negotiating offers & closing positions within deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment portals, social media, etc.

Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.

Schedules interviews.

Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors etc. Understand the reason behind rejection of a candidate & screen future candidates accordingly.

Offer negotiation & closing position.

Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics

Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Education and Experience:

Masters degree in Human Resources

At least one year of experience in recruitment highly preferred
