we are looking for a dedicated, highly driven & self-motivated candidate to join our hr team in identifying hiring needs and filling open positions. the responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through employment portals, database, and social media, conducting interviews, maintaining database, negotiating offers & closing positions within deadlines.
duties/responsibilities:
• collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment portals, social media, etc.
• screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• schedules interviews.
• assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors etc. understand the reason behind rejection of a candidate & screen future candidates accordingly.
• offer negotiation & closing position.
• attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• performs other duties as assigned.

• excellent communication skills
• excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
• excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
education and experience:
• masters degree in human resources
• at least one year of experience in recruitment highly preferred
