In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads for our events and exhibition booth design and build services.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify upcoming B2B trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events (both national and international) relevant to our target industries.Utilize various tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry directories, event websites, CRM data) to identify prospective B2B companies participating in shortlisted events.Identify key decision-makers within target companies (e.g., Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Event Managers, Sales Heads).Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies, including telephone calls, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging to engage with identified decision-makers.Effectively communicate our value proposition and how our services can help prospects achieve their marketing objectives.Overcome initial objections and challenges to secure enquiries and meetings.Accurately record and update lead information, interactions, and status in the CRM system.Stay updated on industry trends in exhibition design, event marketing, and B2B lead generation best practices.Requirements:Experience of around 35 years in lead generation or sales preferably in B2B services, events, or exhibition industries.Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.Skills:Proven ability to meet and exceed organisational goals.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.Qualities:Self-starter with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.High level of perseverance, resilience, and a positive attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive and professional outreach messages.Why Join Us?Be a crucial part of a growing company with a strong reputation in the exhibition industry.Opportunity to work with diverse B2B clients across various sectors.Opportunity for professional growth and development.

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated, highly driven & self-motivated candidate to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling open positions. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through employment portals, database, and social media, conducting interviews, maintaining database, negotiating offers & closing positions within deadlines. Duties/Responsibilities: Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment portals, social media, etc. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews. Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors etc. Understand the reason behind rejection of a candidate & screen future candidates accordingly.
