We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Admin who can independently manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end HR operations
Managing attendance and payroll coordination
Employee onboarding and documentation
Implementation of HR policies and procedures
Administrative coordination across multiple teams/floors
Vendor and facility management
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
Ability to work independently and take ownership
