Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
• Handle on boarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities.
• Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues.
• Assist in performance management documentation and appraisals.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR-related reports.
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and proactive in completing tasks.
• Internship experience in HR/Admin roles is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
