Job Overview:

We are hiring a HR & Admin Manager for ABS INTERNATIONAL, a leading executive search firm based in Mumbai. As the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and managing administrative tasks. This is a full-time position located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in HR and administration.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Experience in recruitment and staffing processes

Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office applications

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Experience with HRIS systems is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Conduct orientation and onboarding processes for new employees

Administer compensation and benefits programs

Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy

Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment
