We're Hiring: HR Operations and Admin Manager

Experience: 4+ Years (Must Have Experience in Real Estate)

Job Type: Full-time, on-site (Female/Male Candidates Required)

Location: office no 11, 2nd floor, Suwarna Bhagwati Complex, Opp. Beverley Hills Society, Pan Card Club Road Baner, Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

�� Source potential candidates from various online channels (. social media and professional platforms).

�� Hire and train new staff or assist management with this process.

�� Craft recruiting emails to attract potential candidates & Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

�� As requested by the Manager, conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

�� Assists the Head of the Department with employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

�� Monitors departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

�� Manages daily aspects of the department and its staff to ensure tasks are completed and goals and customer needs are met.

�� Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department.

�� Payroll processing attendance download and leave management.

�� Handle the role of an Office Administrator.

�� Experience in a real estate organization is Must.

�� Strong organizational and communication skills.

�� Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

�� Must be familiar with CRM and Leads reporting with Employees.

�� Daily Reporting to keep track of Activities evaluation of employees.

�� Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.

�� May also be involved in training and development activities.

�� Manage office operations, including supply procurement, maintenance, and facilities.
