job overview:

as a hotel manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. you will also be in charge of managing the staff and ensuring that they provide excellent service to guests.

key responsibilities:

-managing and supervising hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.

-ensuring that hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.

-managing the hotel's budget and financial performance.

-developing and implementing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

-maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

-ensuring that the hotel complies with all regulations and laws.

-handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.

-marketing the hotel and its facilities to potential customers.

-planning and organizing events and other activities.

-ensuring that the hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

-overseeing the maintenance of the hotel's physical infrastructure.

-must communicate in gujarati language

qualifications & skills:

-a degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.

-minimum of 6 months of experience in hotel management or related field. fresher with internship experience are welcome.

-excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

-strong computer skills, including proficiency in excel, word, and powerpoint.

-knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage management.

-ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-strong organizational and time management skills.

-ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.
