Job Overview:

As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. You will also be in charge of managing the staff and ensuring that they provide excellent service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

-Managing and supervising hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.

-Ensuring that hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.

-Managing the hotel's budget and financial performance.

-Developing and implementing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

-Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

-Ensuring that the hotel complies with all regulations and laws.

-Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.

-Marketing the hotel and its facilities to potential customers.

-Planning and organizing events and other activities.

-Ensuring that the hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

-Overseeing the maintenance of the hotel's physical infrastructure.

-Must Communicate in Gujarati Language

Qualifications & Skills:

-A degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.

-Minimum of 6 Months of experience in hotel management or related field. Fresher with internship Experience are welcome.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

-Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

-Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage management.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.
