Hotel Location: Hotel Blue Rock, Gift City Gandhinagar.Near Lavarpur chokdi chiloda Ahmedabad, 8, Golden Quadrilateral, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382355Job Overview:As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. You will also be in charge of managing the staff and ensuring that they provide excellent service to guests.Key Responsibilities:-Managing and supervising hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.-Ensuring that hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.-Managing the hotel's budget and financial performance.-Developing and implementing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.-Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.-Ensuring that the hotel complies with all regulations and laws.-Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.-Marketing the hotel and its facilities to potential customers.-Planning and organizing events and other activities.-Ensuring that the hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.-Overseeing the maintenance of the hotel's physical infrastructure.-Must Communicate in Gujarati LanguageQualifications & Skills:-A degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.-Minimum of 6 Months of experience in hotel management or related field. Fresher with internship Experience are welcome.-Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.-Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.-Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage management.-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.-Strong organizational and time management skills.-Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees.
